Instructions/Remarks for TESDA Job Vacancies

All prospective candidates are required to submit their applications, along with the following documents, by no later than October 13, 2023, through the following link: TESDA Online Recruitment Form:

1. An Intent Letter, specifying the desired position, the office where the vacancy is located, and its Item Number.

2. A completed Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212 Revised 2017), printed on legal-sized paper, duly notarized, and accompanied by a Work Experience Sheet.

3. For TESDA applicants or those from other government agencies: Service Records. For outside applicants: Certificate/s of Employment.

4. A list of attended training programs, including the number of training hours, along with certified photocopies of training certificates.

5. For outside applicants: Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2022. For TESDA applicants or those from other government agencies: Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2022 and January to June 2023, with a minimum rating of ‘Very Satisfactory.’

6. A copy of your previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies.

7. A list of at least five (5) references, complete with contact details and email addresses, categorized as Superior, Peers, Subordinates (if applicable), and Clients (if applicable).

8. A certified true copy of your transcript of records and diploma.

9. An authenticated copy of your eligibility issued by CSC or PRC (Civil Service Commission or Professional Regulation Commission).

10. Any awards related to performance, supported by evidence such as citations, medals, plaques (if applicable).

11. Documentation of Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) if applicable.

12. Proof of participation in Committees/TWGs, including memoranda, office orders, and/or certificates (if applicable).”
